Recently I ordered a refurbished 8" Onn tablet that was listed on Slickdeals. There were a few comments on that thread talking about how terrible VIP Outlet is and how they are likely going to cancel the order, and that Slickdeals moderators should ban them from this site. Low and behold my order got canceled a couple days later. Fortunately I got an automated refund via Paypal / eBay so it didn't cost me any time.
So 1 and 1 for me with them.
Know that these are cheap Shenzhen white label espresso machines. This seller also has a few other machines on sale if you click on their eBay store. There is also another Slickdeals posts at rattles off their other espresso machine options.
These machines might be fine but they might break in a few months. It looks like you get a 30-day return policy so you can thoroughly test it the first month and see if it works and if not seller pays return shipping in at least you got eBay backing you up.
A bit more money and you might be able to get something nicer though but probably not with the integrated milk dispenser nor a touchscreen like this one has.
I have a Philips 3200 which also has the integrated bean grinder add milk dispenser and that thing is awesome, but is a few hundred dollars if you get it on sale so different league for sure.
