I'm still going for it. It's pretty hard for any item over 5K reviews to maintain a 5% or under 1 star review. That's solid. I get some sometimes review gaming is a concern too (why did my favorite extension go away), but the trends should still hold value.

I have six of these lights and use them daily. The first pair I bought are several years old now..I've had one develop a crack that was easily repaired with JB Weld. I check and tightened the screws occasionally..The internal wires can be poorly solered, so I've had to resolder the wires on two lights..and the magnets on the base are weak..but, all six are still working and come in handy.. especially as my aging eyes really benefit from the additional light..i absolutely love them.. and resisting not buying more.

Get the identical looking ones from AliExpress. I got a 6-pack there for $14 last year. Every few weeks AliExpress has some sort of promotional sale so if you can wait a month or so, just watch the prices there and grab a 6-pack when they go on sale again. They work well enough and the battery life on the highest setting still lasts a couple hours. I think on the low setting it would last over 8hrs.
