Seems decent?
So far, I enjoy it. I haven't had any stringy messes when printing. I live in Southern California and the past few weeks have been 80-90% humidity, so not great for keeping my filaments dry. With this, PETG and PLA have been printing amazing.
I would say check your areas typical humidity. If you live an arid area (<30% humidity), you may have no need for a dryer. If you print with some exotic materials, you may need a dryer regardless.
I am happy with mine.
