Probably closer to 1200W peak.

Volts x amps = Watts.

54.6 x 13 = 710 Watts.

Where does it say it has a 13amp controller? 13ah is the BATTERY CAPACITY!! and a 48v system charges to 54.6 volts. So you would multiply the CONTROLLER amp rating by 54.6...not 48v.
