Yes you can with a DJ stylus. You will need to manually do the pitch by yourself.

it's direct driven and has anti-skating, you can probably perform basic scratches just fine. you'll probably need slippery slipmat, scratch friendly carts, and mixer with good cross fader if you're serious about scratching.. however, this one doesn't have pitch control, so it's not suitable for mixing or djing in general.
