I have had this subscription for one year now and I have yet to obtain any value from it. The free delivery limits are ridiculous compared to the paid Walmart plan ( and I'm not much of a Walmart fan at all ). There appeared to be no other benefits. The free item every month is always gone within a few hours leaving nothing but coupons.

The free items that they have given us this year don't even really add up to $100. That was the only real benefit of this, because the shipping is just as slow as their regular shipping.

For the last few years, there's been some promotion that makes this free for me so I continue to keep it, but I still can't see what the value is?

Anything that you need small and quick it says you must buy $25 of other junk in order to get it to ship at all. A couple real examples, I needed some hand soap one time and a pillow another time and it says they won't ship it AT ALL unless I buy $25 of other stuff that they deem good enough to ship. Neither Amazon or Wal-Mart have this weird requirement on free shipping - if I want to buy 6 bottles of hand soap, they'll ship it to me. Target won't.

For any larger item or food item or my weekly grocery order, they're more expensive than Amazon or Walmart. So even when I TRY to look for a way to use this, what I'm looking to buy either can't be shipped or is more expensive than doing it on Amazon or Walmart, which also deliver faster.

What am I missing here? Is the target audience just people that refuse to use Amazon or Walmart? In what way is this plan superior to Walmart Plus or Prime in any facet?

Yes, for local delivery from store there's a $35 spend requirement for Walmart and Target. But with Amazon and Walmart, you can still have items shipped, which may come from the local store or may come from a distribution warehouse, but out of Amazon, Walmart and Target only Target has the "only ships with $25 other spend" requirement on most of their smaller items which means they won't ship them to you AT ALL at any price unless you buy something else.

I wouldn't pay for the service, but Target has improved Target Circle offers for members. They frequently have offers like $40-60 rewards on $300 spend. Add 5% Redcard and your looking at 15-20% off gift card purchases. I buy Lowes/Home Depot or fuel cards. I used to buy eBay cards before that ended. Huge discounts here, it seems a lot of people are missing out. Massive savings here. Target doesn't even deliver to my home. I use the rewards to effectively buy free groceries.

Gift cards qualify for any minimum spend offer. The typical exclusion is Visa/MC and Target brand cards.

I accepted this a year ago because it was offered to me for free. I think I've used it twice maybe three times in the last year. I checked to see if they were going to give it to me again because it expires at the end of the month, but no offer so I turned off the auto renew. it's not something I would pay for.

The walmart delivery is worth it for me only because the walmart cash back more than pays for the membership if you can find the deals on stuff you buy anyway.

Thats the red/circle card for 5% off and the Target Circle which is their deals program. This is the subscription based program that adds a few extra things at a cost.

Where? I really am so frustrated by Target. Separate logins for my Credit Card and target website and app. CS says no way to sync/fix. Feequent logouts, requiring physical card as 2nd factor authentication, that's why i use wallet FFS! They have lost so much of my business b/c I don't wanna deal with their IT BS. I hate Walmart, but their same day delivery is seamless and reliable and Walmart+ provides actual perks like Paramount+ and Gas discounts.

Yeah it's not worth even half price at all. Only reason I have it was due to them giving it to me for free lol the fact there's still a minimum for free shipping is crazy for a paid subscription

Not much use of it compared to Walmart or Amazon . Crazy limits on free delivery. It's no more the same target it used to be unfortunately.
