I bought 4 of these last week when they were posted for the same price. I can you tell you FOR SURE these are not 3100 lumen. But for 13 bucks, how can you go wrong. Only downside is that you have to press the buttons 4 or 5 times to achieve the brightest setting. It's also a bit on the heavy side for EDC. Worth ever penny I paid though.
