Anyone have experience with either of these eufy cams? A little higher price than I was hoping but I am looking to ditch my Blink system (its terrible).

I have the this cam. It is a crazy big improvement over the previous Eufy cam that I had S220. The camera is way better, the tan/tilt tracking is pretty good. It can cover the whole front of my house driveway included. I have a Homebase so it has device powered AI to recognize me, my dog, my family and still tag the Amazon delivery driver as stranger. The solar is excellent, my only get morning sun and it has never dropped below 90% battery even when it rain for 3 days. I got mine refurbished on eBay from the official Eufy page. The app is usable, not great but it is better than blink IMO. If you get this deal looks to get a Homebse 3 or Pro.

Any subscriptions for recording? Is it endless recording?

No subscriptions. It records either to the Homebase 3 device like in my case, or to a local microsd card. When space runs out it records over the old footage. (With my two cameras home base 3 offers about 3-4 months of recording with recording setting to favor Longer recording.) It does't offer continuous recording, It records events and you can manage the setting to favor shorter or longer recordings or shorter to conserve battery life. You can view the recording via the app if you wish, or download them from the Homebase to a USB drive.

I've had this same model for over 2 years. I've had to replace the solar panel once (from Amazon). This camera is well worth the $$. No subscriptions, notifications are quick, and video quality is great.
