I keep it connected to my work PC and phone. And it switches between them well. Works for Teams. And stays connected for a decent distance, and keeps charge for a long time. I usually use them for a couple weeks before charging. They can go longer, but I usually charge when it goes to 40% or so.
ANC is good enough for the office. Even in normal mode there's decent isolation. Transparency mode works well.
