Does this coating also prevent any tree sap from sticking? Or at least easy to remove afterwards?

no matter what you do, even if you spent $1000s on a proper ceramic coating, you should also remove sap/bird dropping and whatever things as soon as possible. probably will need detail spray and towel to wipe it off, wont come off no contact.

Best to get it off sooner than later. Nothing "prevents", but it can help get it off slightly easier. Baked on sap is a pain.

Is this something you can use to fill and seal resurfaced headlights? There are kits with ceramic wipes to wipe on your headlights after proper sanding. Would this spray do the same? If so, for $10 it seems like I could do a bunch of cars with this.

Perhaps, probably best to go with a real ceramic, but you should for sure use 2K clear coat instead and put something like that on after

I'm over using clearcoat. More permanent sure, but hit or miss and weather causes trouble. I did many many headlights in my day when I was a weekend detailer. I'm looking for easy and no biggie if I have to do it again in a year.

A while back I saw some informercial, I don't remember the name of the product. But the treated surface was so slippery and stuff put on the hood was sliding off, bird poo couldn't stick and could be rinsed off by pouring some water to wash it down.

would this work well over an existing ceramic coat? I DIY coated my car last year but between the snow and machine washes I feel its wearing faster than usual.

I live in CO and prefer to machine wash + hand dry with a drying aid on a weekly basis.
