I have a previous model I bought at least 25 years ago. Still works, still takes and holds a charge. It's geared down so it is slow with a reasonable amount of torque. Being slower than a regular 12 or 20 volt driver it doesn't melt the plastic in an electrical box when mounting a switch or outlet.

Be careful. It doesn't mention in description but this charges with Micro USB. Major deal breaker.

i guess they are cutting corners. the one i got a few years back is the pivoting handle version. it came with a micro usb cable and power adapter.

Purchased it probably 10+ years ago and forgot about it. Sat in a tool bag untouched and recently found it again. Charged it for the first time and battery charged, held the charge and worked well. Was really surprised that the battery stayed good for that long after not being used.
