Means 2 batteries but they are described as being 2-9ah at 20v or as 2-3ah at 60v.

This is a good battery. Best way to pick this up is when a Flexvolt tool goes on a clearance at a Home Depot. Usually they are slightly over $200 with this same 9Ah20v/3Ah60v battery. Big draw of this battery is that it is very heavy compared to Milwaukee xc8.0 FORGE.
