Deal Details
Northern Tool has the Powerhorse 3-in-1 Wood Chipper/Shredder, Item #106695, on clearance for $359.99, down from $719.99.
Shipping to my area is $66.49, bringing the pre-tax delivered total to $426.48. Ship-to-store is free if you have a Northern Tool nearby.
The Powerhorse is a compact gas-powered chipper/shredder with a 212cc OHV engine. It has three separate feed options: a top hopper for smaller yard debris, a side chute for branches and limbs up to 3" in diameter, and a rear vacuum inlet that can be used with the optional leaf vacuum kit, Item #63409.
Specs:
At $426.48 delivered in my area, it is still several hundred dollars below many comparable 3" gas chippers. Seems like a solid clearance option for someone who wants a homeowner chipper/shredder for branches, pruning debris, leaves, and seasonal yard cleanup without spending $600+.
