Fasteners Inc is kinda a scam website. So far my experience has been I ordered something two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. It's similar to a crime. If it's not solved within the first 5 days you know something might be up.

I've ordered from them several times over the past 3 or 4 years and haven't had a problem yet.

I think it's a legitimate website. Ordered many tools and batteries from them and no issues. They can be a bit slow with shipping but it'll eventually get to you. I also emailed them about an item and they got back to me within 24 hrs

I just bought these on Woot! last week, and got another batch for free when I bought the angle grinder a couple days later. I think I"m good on batteries - at least until my adult kids come steal them to power the tools they already stole from me.

Not every website/vendor is like Amazon. If you think there may be an issue, send them a message or call them.

I've ordered from them several times before with zero issues.
