2-unit but only single-probe, don't get fooled.

Skip this and buy at least 2-probe ones. Four probe thermometers would be best: one for the chicken breast, the other for its thigh, a third if you are also smoking a pork butt at the same time, and reserve the fourth for the internal temperature of the smoker. Adjust as needed for your setup.

i have one of these. came in a cute carrying case with extra probes. it's a great unit. unless you're going fully wireless, get this one!
