I have one that looks exactly like this. Good that it comes with a tripod because the threads are too far inset for most camera tripod to work. It has a phantom draw so if you don't take the batteries out they will go dead after not too long. Other than that it's fine

This green self leveling laser level stands out for basic DIY layout work, especially with the included tripod that helps because the mounting threads sit too far inset for many camera tripods. It runs on AA batteries, which keeps it simple, but battery drain is a recurring issue and the batteries may need to be removed after use. Quality also appears inconsistent, with one unit checked against a pro laser coming in off level before a replacement worked properly. A practical budget pick if the battery tradeoffs are acceptable.

I have one of these. The first one they sent me seemed OK until I checked it against a pro laser, it was a bit out of level. I sent it back and the second one was good. It does burn out the batteries if you don't remove them. Eventually I got a better 360 degree three line laser with a tripod and I'm surprised how handy that has become for inside carpentry and electrical work.

I have this. Works good the only thing I hate batteries die quick. It's as if internally it stays on. New batteries use one let sit for week and there dead. Get a usb rechargeable version

I was sold until I read the battery comments. You're going to spend more in batteries than just to buy a good rechargeable one so my stand remains never buy anything that's not rechargeable.

Too bad it's not a 3 line level for a few dollars more. At least it's green.
