Agreed! I had this, a Spotbot and a Hoover machine. I did a test and after the other machines were done this sucked up a lot more. Donated the other 2 and brought another one of these.

I owned the target version and it kept leaking in the back, essentially dumping all the dirty crap I'm trying to suck up right back onto my carpet.

I'm pretty sure it's my user error. Can anyone advise best practices / ideal way to use this?
