Didn't RTINGS just release a video about ACR, and said Roku is by FAR THE WORST culprit when it comes to content recognition/ads? Yeah, I'd rather skip this and get the 1-2 year old TCL Q651G. At least with Google TV you have "Basic TV Mode", and use your preferred external, or "Apps Only" mode in Google TV, or download a simple launcher like "AT4K".
