Jorgensen, of course went into liquidation-bankruptcy many years ago after years of under investment and mismanagement by the third generation family owners. Jorgensen is now just a brand of China-based GreatStar. I own several of the "new" Jorgensen F-clamps and find the fit and finish to be better than my older US versions.

For quick clamps, I much prefer the HF Bremen lineup. Nearly double the clamping pressure and similar price when on sale.
