This promo is a free Big Mac with a small qualifying purchase, and it stands out most as a cheap way to grab McDonald's signature sandwich. The deal is easy to hit with a drink or a small add on, and the app has shown regional prices and targeted offers as low as $1.76 or $2. The main drawback is the sandwich itself, which is repeatedly described as smaller than expected, heavy on bun and sauce, and not worth full price. It works best as a coupon driven lunch rather than a regular menu buy.
Deal hunters who only buy this sandwich on promotions, because the regular price feels too high and the offer makes it worth ordering.
Lunch buyers who already want a drink, because the $2 minimum can be met with a soda and the sandwich becomes effectively free.
People who like customizing a burger, because extra patties or bacon can be added to reach the minimum and improve the meat-to-bread ratio.
Fans of the classic sauce-and-soft-bun profile, because the sandwich still hits that familiar flavor for a few buyers.
People expecting a hearty burger, because the sandwich can feel tiny, mostly bread, and short on meat.
Shoppers in areas without broad participation, because the offer can be limited to certain locations or states and may not appear nearby.
Anyone who wants the old flavor back, because the sandwich can taste like cardboard and no longer tastes like it used to.
People who want a filling meal without extra add-ons, because the sandwich alone can feel barely edible and heavy on sauce with little beef.
