Having gone through over half a dozen different chainsaws, I would really only recommend this is you're not already invested in any higher voltage batteries (eg EGO). Battery is much simpler and more reliable if you're not diligent with the fuel you're using. Make sure to use a stabilizer and run the unit out of fuel before the end of the season, regardless of saw. I tend to just buy the premix to avoid ethanol as well.
