250 calories, 20g protein, 10g added sugar. This is not healthy.

This isn't supposed to be a health drink the way something like cold pressed vegetable juice is, it's meant to give you some extra calories and protein, a few vitamins and apparently fiber in this variety (save not be unhealthy). 10g sugar is not that much. Your average soda or even iced tea has multiple times that much. 250 calories to 20g protein isn't incredible but it's not terrible by any stretch either.

$1.10 for a premade 20g protein drink sounds pretty good. Boost has always rated good enough to me but I never tried more than basic chocolate or vanilla.

This is absolutely marketed as a healthy beverage. There are much healthier pre-made protein drinks that pop up here on SD regularly at a similar cost per unit. It's one of the worst I've seen from a nutritional standpoint. Not sure why you're comparing this with soda--not remotely the same product.

What's the "not healthy" part?

Only 20g protein and 3g fiber. It's also only 8oz, so $1 ea is hardly a deal. Lastly, it's a Nestle product, so nuf said
