The bad? It's all plastic and breaks constantly. Get the parts manual as all of the parts are on Amazon. I've replaced several of the drawers and pieces already after 4 years. At least it hasn't been mechanical.

I have the older version of this without the third rack. Agreed with everything you wrote. In particular the wheels on the bottom rack are... so bad it has to be on purpose?
