I sprayed one side ("bottom") with a bit of PlastiDip that I already had on hand. That worked for me.
If you want to get serious about do-it-yourself, a bag of cement is only about $4 or $5. You don't need to make a "form" or anything. Just dig a shallow trench in the dirt to the size you want and use that as the form.

They don't move when I drive up to them. Of course I'm not zooming into the garage. When I feel the 2x4 against the tire, I stop right there.

I actually only use one on the drivers' side and I have an outline marked on the floor where it goes. I found that just the one does the job for me. If I need to use the garage floor unobstructed, I simply move the 2x4 away and then replace it on the marks when done. If it does happen to move or get kicked I can easily reposition it with the marks. Been using that for years with pickup truck and cars.

Just go to any construction site and snag a scrap piece of 2x4 or 2x6 etc. one to two feet long. No need to spend $30 on china stuff.

The tennis ball method described by others works as well, but I hate running into the tennis ball on a string when working on something in the garage when the cars are out.....

Or a $5 tube of construction adhesive from HD or Lowes will work if permanent mount is desired.
