Only states that it's "food grade stainless steel" which can apparently be 18/8 or 18/10, and going by reviews and pics, it looks like the former.

I bought these. I will be returning them. If I can bend them with my hands, I consider them junk, and they are quite easy to bend

18/0 or Grade 430 is also food grade which is likely what this set is made of.
