My sister just tried to place an order and the system has been down for 2 hours she said. Showed her the promo was applied and then charged her full price. Couldn't even cancel her order she said... she's trying to call them now.

I placed the order for pickup. Within minutes it said that someone picked it up and it is completed order. Was not me!!! Chat support seems worthless!
