I have this device and the menus on it allow you to use rolls from other companies.

12-15 mm width continuous rolls or 18-200 mm length fixed size (with 3-10mm gaps).

I think you just need to enter the info manually if it's a non-supvan tape.

we print a barcode of our gas loyalty card (sheetz) and stick it on the credit card we always use for payment. that way we only have to pull out one card and no phone needed. My daughter uses her phone for payment so she sticks the barcode on her phone.

FYI, many of the reviews say there are only two rolls of labels instead of four. I read the reviews and checked right away, and it appeared that there were indeed only two rolls of labels. Customer service correctly informed me that there are two rolls in the machine itself, one preloaded (still need to feed it so it's ready to go) and one in a storage area.
Got one on the last deal, have printed a couple of labels and it seems to be fine.

The SUPVAN E11 is a compact Bluetooth label maker that stands out for quick, no app needed labeling and solid value around $18 to $20. It can connect to the phone app for customization, and the keyboard makes simple one word labels easy. The included rolls are clarified as four total, with two inside the printer and two in the box. Caveats include a cramped QWERTY layout, settings like bold not always saving in the app, and some units arriving with a backlit screen while others do not.

  • The promo code can work for Prime members when applied correctly in the Amazon app.

    purxsk3l3t0rx

  • The E11 can use other companies' label rolls, with manual entry for non-SUPVAN tape.

    Phopon

  • The device supports generic rolls but can be used without an app for simple one-word labels.

    cptsoviet

  • The label maker can print practical barcodes for card or phone use without pulling out a phone.

    jimates

  • Backlight availability can be inconsistent across units that both claim to be E11.

    phillip9Vinyl_Dog

  • The promo code may fail to apply in the Amazon app, requiring a desktop or web browser workaround.

    xsk3l3t0rx

  • Bold text settings may not save, forcing re-selection of bold for each print.

    An24

  • The machine may require calibration when using generic rolls, while OEM labels can include an RFID tag to simplify setup.

UUKX2PIY still seems to work for this price if you're a Prime member. If you're using the Amazon app you might be missing the step of tapping on the arrow that appears in the promo code box to apply the code (before tapping the Continue button).

The page says it's only compatible with the proprietary SUPVAN label tape. Is this so, or do they just say that to try to get you to buy their tap? I'm looking for an affordable label maker that uses non-proprietary/common label tape.

I purchased one and I had to return because every label I wanted to print, I set text to bold and it wouldn't save those settings requiring me to change every print to bold. Just was annoying to me, otherwise this would've been a great label maker. If bold text isn't important than you, probably a great buy.

Can you share the link or brand of other rolls youve used? Thanks!
