People really don't buy any of the referenced (Crushers, Bose, Sony) headphones for "sound quality"... $200 is probably a decent price at this time for the extras of this particular model (including the Bose ANC/Transparency, mic processing and spatial audio). "Sound by Bose" can be fixed with EQ and the Crusher Bass drivers are their own thing that gives you the rumble without the Bose mud (that you would similarly get in the various non-flagship Bose or Sony refurbs too).

Got it so if you want crusher bass don't get Bose or Sony
