I also put in add-ins just for variety. Sometimes with granola, usually with extra fiber.
BUT: despite being a fan, I did have a bad experience one time about a month ago where there were moths in the sealed bag. They must have gotten in the grain and hatched after packaging. I've gotten it plenty of times since then without issue, so that was just a fluke. But I always shake and check the bag before opening now just in case.
