These make great cover if you need something to cover up tattoos- I have been working on both of my legs. These cover just enough without having to wear tights in the summer.

I have mixed results as far as calf support for achillies tendonitis. I certainly FEEL support on them, but they have a tendency to bunch up a bit around the bottom, you almost have to wear quarter or no show socks or it'll bunch against regular socks.
