I have the black version of this. Purchased 7/3. It was finally available to be picked up and I installed it 8/5. Last Monday, 8/31 a board died. A tech came out 3 days later (the window for him to come was between 8am and 5pm) and confirmed it was a board. He came back yesterday and replaced the part (the window was 8-12).
I lost everything in my fridge but I'm lucky enough to have an upright freezer so I could save everything in there. Less than one month and it broke. Luckily it was under warranty and the repair was free but still.
