I saw it clearly available to me earlier today. Clicked on the "Claim" and it said something about "not available to you at this time." Then went back and saw it available, hit "Claim" and got the same response. Tried a few more times and same result. Now checking in again I don't even see it at all in the app, either available to claim or "sold out." Xfinity's app is such garbage anyway, especially the Rewards section, burying and nesting rewards, using pop-up windows in their own app, it's so frustrating to navigate through this to claim rewards that I end up hating on Xfinity even more if that's possible. Usually I just go in to grab the free digital movie and hope I don't already own it, if I "win" a flight to NY to watch their current Tonight Show stooge I'll just gift them to someone.
