Lavazza Il Filtro Classico is a dark roast whole bean coffee that lands as a decent, richer cup at a very low price, with several orders coming in around $10.60 to $10.87. The beans have arrived with about a year left before expiration, and the bags were described as not burnt or stale, often still oily. It works best with a burr grinder, and oily beans can be a poor fit for espresso, especially superautomatic machines. The main caution is that the 35 percent coupon appears to be one time use only, and the roast may taste weaker than expected for a dark roast.
Coffee drinkers who want a darker, richer everyday brew, because the beans are described as decent and not burnt or stale with a best-by date about a year out.
Shoppers who prioritize a low per-bag price on a large whole-bean bag, because the deal has been repeatedly bought around ten dollars and the coffee is considered decent at that price.
Home brewers using a burr grinder, because the beans are meant for grinding and the grind quality matters more than a cheap bladed grinder.
Espresso drinkers using a super-automatic machine, because oily beans can be bad for espresso and may cause problems in superautos.
Shoppers relying on this exact discount to repeat across orders, because the coupon can be one-time use only across qualifying products.
People expecting a true dark-roast flavor, because the blend can taste weak, washed out, and unlike dark roast.
Buyers who need a fresh-roasted coffee experience, because it is described as far away from freshly roasted.
