From what I read, Apple engineers the Duo with an "almost invisible crease" in the middle. Plus, the screens are folded away. Having the screen protector ruins the design/engineering element.

This is for the outside screen. Which does not fold.
It's weird that they have a picture showing the inside being played but the protectors are only for the front
Picture 1 shows it closed in the installation tray.
The only other picture that might seem like its opened is picture 6. But that is just the phone closed and turned into landscape mode. You can tell because the front camera is in the corner.
