Probably because many people know that Joola is trying to get rid of their old inventory prior their launch of their new paddle, the Power FX and they expected a bigger discount since the Pro IV was considered vastly overpriced.

No it's cause OP used the words PM right at the end and most people have instant alerts for that phrase. Usually if it's not a full blown 'buy now, think later' 'what did I just buy?' mistake, most people will down vote.

I would get the J2CR or the 11six24 power series over the Pro IV for 2 reasons. One is that the gen4 paddles , foam, does not core crush. The second is that the new crystal blue endurance grit (J2CR )or the hexgrit (11 six 24) are durable grits which last much longer than non-durable grit models. I would get the Pro IV if you are comfortable with the feel of a gen3 paddle and do not like the feel of a gen4/ foam paddle.
