I can't comment on the condition of these as I've never ordered one, but I do have one of these speakers and I can recommend them. Pairs easily, sounds good, long battery life and has good volume.

The WONDERBOOM 4 is a compact waterproof Bluetooth speaker that stands out for easy pairing, solid volume, and strong battery life, with rugged build quality that suits camping, boating, and paddle boarding. Its floating design and drop protection make it especially appealing around water. The sound is good for its size, but the highs and lows are not especially impressive, and the EQ presets can make voices sound odd. Resale condition and fulfillment look inconsistent, with reports of sealed units alongside wrong-model or older Micro USB speakers in Wonderboom 4 packaging, so the deal hinges on getting the right unit.

  • The WONDERBOOM 4 can pair easily and deliver solid volume for its compact size.

    CreditGuyBuckeyefan 1

  • The speaker can provide good battery life and maintain useful outdoor performance.

    CreditGuyseblo_13

  • The waterproofing, drop protection, and floating design can make it well-suited for paddle boarding and boating.

    djturner15

  • A brand-new factory sealed unit can arrive with solid sound that matches the listing condition better than expected.

    BillyBargains

  • The wrong model can be shipped, including a Wonderboom 3 with micro-USB inside a Wonderboom 4 box.

    HailRedskinsInLimbodirtbag88

  • The "like new" condition description can be generic, and some listings may not reflect what is actually sent.

    slimdunkin117SDLooper

  • The resale condition grading can vary, since a factory-renewed unit reportedly arrived as unusable or very poor.

    DavidD1666

  • The EQ options can be underwhelming, and podcasts or talking heads may sound strange.

Bought 2 of these when Sam's had them for $30. They pair fine and get decently loud for their size. But like Bose, don't expect great highs or lows.

I bought one new a few years ago and really like it. I got a factory renewed one a year or two later and it was garbage. Ymmv

Which wouldn't be much of a comment anyway...given this is one of their used Amazon warehouse items. Condition is almost always very YMMV.

It says the condition..like new is literally in retail box repackaged and usually not touched

The bose are amazing. What's considered better?

I prefer the JBL flip 7 as an example, if you can grab them on sale for $70ish. Used market around 40-50 locally here.

You must be new and definitely not "literally" what is always sent. The notes are usually just generic-typed descriptions.

Have two of these. The build quality and battery life have been good, but the 3 EQs are meh and to my ears make any podcast or talking heads sound strange.

After owning them, I would get something else with a 3.5mm as well. But over all, I don't hate them.

As someone that uses these frequently for paddle boarding, boating, and camping I cannot rate them highly enough. The sound quality isn't amazing but their level of waterproof, drop protection, and ability to float on water make them ideal for water sports. I highly recommend.

Just received mine and while the packaging was for the wonderboom 4, the inside speaker was an older and extremely used wonderboom with micro usb connection. My single experience but they're obviously not inspecting these things at all. Waste of time

Bose stood still while the sound industry evolved. Check out SVS speakers.
