One of the best once in a lifetime deals I've come across in quite a long time. I'll eventually get around to doing a review of this monitor on my YouTube channel once time permits.

Update, I contacted Dell support and they're going to replace the faulty monitor under the warranty. I chose this option versus return to Amazon because you cannot beat the price of $142, which the item looks like it hasn't even been opened, but it was a faulty monitor

I received mine the day after ordering. It arrived in pretty good condition with no problems. It still has pretty much another year of warranty left on it. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase.

Trust me, I can understand. Maybe I just got lucky because Amazon did not do a quality check on open box and Del warranty came to the rescue.
