For >90% of people, this 2x2 inch rack is plenty. Just give internet AI information about your height, weight, etc. current strength lifting ability for various exercises like chest press, back squat, deadlift, Romanian deadlift, two-had overhead press, etc. Add what your goal of lifting strength will be, etc. Then ask if this 2x2, 14gauge rack is more than enough for you or if you should get the 3x3 inch, 11gauge rack.
I am never going to chest press more than 250lbs. Never more than 350lbs Romanian dead lift. Never more than 250lb back squat, blah, blah, blah.... 2x2inch, 14 gauage rack was more than enough for me.
Add a set of rings and you'll have plenty of exercises and fun.
