Edit: created a new account and it worked. Great deal. Did a second order for GTA 6 for $69.
Community Reviews
This preorder is mainly attractive because the SAVE3X code can drop Ocarina of Time to about $50 before tax, with free shipping or delivery in some cases. The game is the physical cartridge release, and the Walmart page also shows the textured foil cover art bonus. The catch is that checkout is finicky, with the code often failing as invalid or eligible items only, and stock or delivery eligibility can depend on account, store, address, device, or app versus web. A workable deal, but it may take some trial and error to land.

If you don't mind very good but more like "like new" , these are returns or damaged boxed items from a Walmart distribution center in AR. Mine came in a plain brown box but inside was all new looking parts.
It will say out of stock, but on most days they will release a few to be sold. You can see that in the revision history. This is a better deal than Woot's refurbs. And you get a 1 year Allstate warranty.
