Looks like there is going to be a small restock run of DC Versus Marvel - The Amalgam Age Omnibus. CheapGraphicNovels.com has it for $90 (which is 40% off MSRP). This will probably be the last time it will ever be available. Supposedly, the initial run was pulped.
It came out to be $101 for me after taxes and shipping.
