Doesn't Uber charge more for those with gift card balances? Business Insider etc. suggest wealthier spending habits affects prices, no?

Same with not-said-but-inferred higher prices for lower battery and other desperation measures...

But probably enough chances of beating a particularly bad Lyft and Waymo price combo to warrant this

I wonder if it is working for people with verified accounts. I have the offer but the payment failed with literally everything. My wife's account is verified but she doesn't have the offer. Mine is not and payment failed. Idk it's worth verifying and giving out my details to them just to test this out.
