Doesn't Uber charge more for those with gift card balances? Business Insider etc. suggest wealthier spending habits affects prices, no?

Same with not-said-but-inferred higher prices for lower battery and other desperation measures...

But probably enough chances of beating a particularly bad Lyft and Waymo price combo to warrant this

Found it, this is so far the cheapest percentage on Uber (long gone the Costco 20% days) the normal is 10% that pops on bestbuy or other

I had same payment error. However, after some tries, I got a prompt saying it needed to verify the card and would send 2 verify charges and had to enter to charges in the app. It worked after that.
