Just a quick tip: AirPod 5 just released with general improvements and price cut, it should be on the shelf of Costco soon.

AirPods Pro 3 here are the in ear model to get for active noise cancellation, with AppleCare plus bundled in the Costco offer. The deal stands out for the protection included, and coverage appears to activate automatically after syncing, with iOS showing it through December 2028. Costco also adds a 90 day electronics return window, which makes it easier to watch for a lower price and rebuy if needed. The main caution is pricing, since recent mentions ranged from $199 to $212.99 and a lower Amazon promo was also noted, so timing matters.

  • The AppleCare+ coverage can activate automatically after syncing to iOS and remain active through December 2028.

  • The Costco purchase can print AppleCare+ on the receipt, which helps confirm coverage without extra redemption steps.

    golferpunk1

  • Costco's 90-day electronics return policy can allow a return and rebuy if a lower price appears before Christmas.

    Computer MD

  • Open-style earbuds like AirPods 5 cannot match the AirPods Pro in-ear active noise cancellation performance.

    golferpunk1golferpunk1

  • AppleCare+ may not appear during setup even when the in-store sign shows the $200 price, which can require returning for a refund.

    andrewa100

  • The $200-with-AppleCare pricing can be time-limited, so the deal price may not hold beyond the previous day.

Not even close to the same thing. Noise cancellation on 'open' style earbuds like the AirPods 5 will not even compare to what you get on the pros.

Completely different products. AirPods 5 are not in-ear so their ability to provide noise cancellation will be vastly different to the Pros.
