I had bought this early on from best buy. When i received it, the seal was broken and taped over. The rubber grips were scuffed like it had come out of the box. But the biggest issue with that particular one was the rumble seemed weak. So i went to best buy to get it exchanged. The one they replaced it with was also unsealed and the rubber grips looks scuffed again. So i went to a second store to try again. That store was the same. i then realized that the whole shipment must have been like this. I reluctantly returned it and went with a different controller. I went to stores like walmart and target and noticed their shipments were the same. Like the entire shipment, at least in anywhere near me, fell off a truck or something. Ive seen several restocks of this since. My question is are they still like this

Ordered two at Amazon and both were used with seal broken. False advertising by a trillion dollar corporation. But that is perfectly ok. If selling as open box then advertise as such.

Of the 5 Xbox series x controllers I broke, only 1 of them broke due to stick drift. Unfortunately that was my clear white and gold one. The rest broke due to faulty trigger padding including my 20th Anniversary one..
