Save yourself the hassle and just get a Swiss Kuhn Rikon. It's nearly the only thing chef's use in the industry, and they're cheap. The orange one is currently on sale at Amazon for $5.75, and it's a steal at that price. I'm sure someone will comment that it's over 5 times the price of the one in OP, but it's still less than $5 more, which is well worth avoiding the hassle of these cheap peelers popping blades off constantly.
