They got 300 Million Dollars back btw that they passed onto us as the consumers. They ARE NOT the good guys! But they are bringing us The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time remake so they are chill in my book.

A 30% discount on SM Galaxy 1+2, or amiibo and peripherals (if these are also included), isn't something to sneeze at.

I would only expect a monetary refund if I was forced into buying something. I'm not quite sure anyone was forced into buying what is a luxury, and not a necessity. If we are talking food, I would argue that you are forced to pay increased prices as you must eat to survive. You aren't required to play a video game to sustain life.
