Almost 5 years old. 12th Gen 12xxxH laptop processors weren't announced until start of 2022 and hit the shelves a month or two later.
Secondly, scout the stores for gaming laptops and you would see that because of the inflated prices, you would only find 3050s in this price range now, or maybe 4050 for $50+ more.
Thirdly, despite being almost 5 years old, 12700H and RTX 3060 both, are still a very capable.

it has a 3060 in it, anything that needs more than 16 GBs of system mem isn't going to run at great settings on a 3060 regardless. Plus this is DDR4 Sodimm which is still rather cheap in comparison to DDR5.
