If you follow the instructions and do it daily; it really helps with lymphatic drainage. My father is 85, lung cancer and dialysis patient; he can no longer take his daily walk so we put him on his "wiggle board" twice a day for 6 minutes at a time. I'm 6 ft 200lbs; if I get on it for 10 minutes and max power it'll make my palms and feet sweat by the end so it's definitely working something.

I have an expensive vertical vibration plate for chronic pain. I've heard that people should avoid these cheaper plates because the lateral movements can be especially bad for your knees.

One of these(different one but it doesn't matter) damn near saved my life. I released so much stored lymph and trauma at once that I overloaded my lymphatic system. My shaker kept everything moving while my musculoskeletal and nervous systems adjusted.
