These rechargeable magnetic LED work lights are compact, flexible task lights best suited for closets, car work, and desk lighting. The foldable COB design, multiple brightness and red light modes, and USB C charging make them handy, and the magnets and hooks work well on vertical metal surfaces. Brightness is generally strong for the price, though not as intense as some Harbor Freight lights and possibly too dim for photography. Battery life and long term charging reliability are the main concerns, with some units running weak or failing to hold a charge.
The foldable COB light can provide desk downlighting for workbench tasks and close-up illumination.
The magnetic attachment can stick to vertical metal surfaces and support hands-free positioning.
The lights can be bright enough to illuminate a 12x12 room on the highest setting.
The lights can be useful for practical jobs like closet lighting and working under a car.
The battery life can be weak and may not support long continuous use.
The lights may be less bright than competing work lights and can appear yellowish.
Some units may fail to stay charged after a few weeks of use.
The lights can tip over when set at a 45-degree angle on a table and bumped.
