Many complaints of it dying after a few uses/months. So even if you get it and it works, you might not know it's a dud until the return period is closed 🤔😕
You might as well stick with wired devices for red-light therapy, provided they have appropriate power and irradiance. They are likely to last longer. I had already purchased a relatively small panel at a good price, and it seemed to have died after about six months of almost daily use. But it turned out the cheap extension cord had died. When I connected the panel directly to the adapter, bypassing the extension cord, the panel lit up.
I believe red-light therapy can work for both skin and hair. The key is having the proper power (W), irradiance (mW/cm²), distance, and treatment duration to achieve the desired dose. I explained some of this in a previous comment somewhere. Search my previous posts/comments and you should be able to find the information I listed.
